Deposit & Payment Policy

• A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required to confirm your reservation and secure your dates.

• The remaining balance is due two weeks before your check-in date.

• We offer flexible payment plans for your convenience—please contact us to discuss options if needed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• You may cancel your reservation within 48 hours of booking and receive a full refund of any payments made.

• If you cancel after the first 48 hours, any payments become non-refundable.

• We allow a one-time rescheduling of your reservation within one year of the original booking date (subject to availability).

Security Deposit

•A $200 security deposit is required upon arrival (at check-in).

• This deposit is fully refundable after check-out, provided there are no damages to the property.

Check-in/Check-out Policy

• Check-in time: 3:00 PM    Check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon).

• If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please request it in advance; approval is subject to availability.

• Unapproved late check-out may result in an additional fee.

House Rules

• No smoking indoors – Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas, and ashtrays are provided for your convenience.

• No unauthorized parties or events – Only registered guests are allowed on the property, unless you have prior approval.

• Respect quiet hours – Please keep noise at a reasonable level, especially during nighttime hours, to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests
